Razak has more than 15 years experience in the services industry, encompassing retail, F&B and training.  

Overseeing BinaPavo’s new projects and its implementation, Razak is entrusted in managing clients’ expectation 

at the implementation stage, devising, coordinating, and implementing specific activities intended to meet the project’s mission and goals. With his strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, Razak supports not just clients’ needs but also coordinates with vendors and the other relevant stakeholders, whilst building partnerships and fostering collaborative relationships. 

Razak earned his MBA in 2022, with a specialization in human resource management.
